B is for Bronx

Today “B” is for Bronx. I was born in Brooklyn, NY. But, I have lived in the Bronx, NY all my life.  I have only lived in three apartments . I attended elementary school, middle school and high school in the Bronx.  I even completed several  semesters at a  college located in the  Bronx.  

Unfortunately, I can’t say that I completed my undergraduate degree in the Bronx.  I received my BA degree from a college located in  Manhattan.   Most of my jobs were located in Manhattan .  Although, the main office of my last employer was located in Manhattan , I worked out of the Bronx office site.

 For most of my life, I attended church in the Bronx. Now I attend a church located in Manhattan when I feel well enough to attend church. Most of my healthcare providers are located in the Bronx.

I live in a building which is located near Yankee Stadium.  My favorite Bronx landmark is the Botanical Gardens. The Bronx Zoo is also a very popular tourist site.  The Bronx has been my home for almost 50 years. Unless something drastic happens ,the Bronx will probably be my home for life.
